A penguin cake? What kind of penguins? 321 Penguins, Club Penguin, or something else?  “Just penguins!”  Creating this Penguins cake was a chance to use my imagination and have a lot of fun!  The requested flavor was chocolate, so I did my research to find the best chocolate cake recipe I could that would feed up to 15 people.  Covered with buttercream icing and fondant, Royal icing trees, party hats and snow, this Penguin cake was slipping and sliding to a whole new level!  Eight “creating hours” later, the penguins, Igloos, and snowballs make this one cool cake!  Happy 4th Birthday, Henry!
